- Introduction
- 1. Suitable for 1.0-6.0mm thickness low carton steel, stainless steel, Aluminum, Copper/brass etc. coil auto feeding.
- 2. Decoiler can be powerless type, straightener’s rollers pull through strips forwards. Decoiler also can add a set AC motor WITH CLUTCH so as to decoiler can switch between motorized and powerless. At manual model, it can be switched to be motorized, decoiler can rotate in clockwise and anti-clockwise, it’s convenient to payoff coil head and insert strip head into straightener’s entrance at the assistant of bend arm device. After machine is ready to Auto feeding condition, it can switch to be powerless and strip will be pulled to payoff from coils.
- 3. It equips with 9pcs straightening rollers+ 2pcs pinch rollers+ 2pcs feeding rollers for straightener part. All rollers adopted solid 40Cr material, finished tempering and quenching, hard chrome plating, grinding etc. Roller surface comes 58-62°
- 4. It adopted pneumatic cylinders to press pinch rollers and feed rollers, synchronous worm-gear device + 2 set handle wheels to adjust straightener gap, easy to adjust the straightener roller gap and easy to ensure straightening tolerance.
- 5. It equips with HYDRAULIC bend arm device. Strip head were pressed down driven by hydraulic and come to straightener’s entrance, so as to easy and convenient to insert strip head into straightener part.
- 6. Pneumatic press arm to press coil surface firmly, preventing coil getting too loose.
- 7. Support arm device to support strip head, so as to convenient to insert strip head into straightener part at assistant of bend arm device.
- 8. Decoiler’s mandrel adopts hydraulic expansion so as to it’s convenient to clamp coil firmly and automatically. It was comprised of hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder etc. providing hydraulic source to expand and contact mandrel.
- 9. DELTA/MITSUBISHI inverter equipped in the control box, machine’s running speed is adjustable, moreover, it also can well protect main motor, increasing machine’s life time.
