- Introduction
- 1. Suit for most of coiled materials, including HR, CR, aluminium, stainless steel, plastic, etc.
- 2. Unique design that decoiler and straightener are integrated into a single machine maximizes floor space and enhance productivity.
- 3. Decoiler and straightener are both motorized. HWGJ models can automatically feed the metal strip.
- 4. All rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground, and hardness is up to HRC60-62??.
- 5. Straightening rolls are power driven through a precision gear train.
- 6. The straightener is divided into two parts to achieve higher straightening accuracy. One section is equipped with 3 (Upper 2/Lower 1) straightening rolls; another section is equipped with 17 (Upper 8/Lower 9) straightening rolls.
- 7. Pneumatic flip-top Straightener allows easy cleaning to prevent damaging the polished metal strip, which is suitable for delicate and thin material like Aluminum, Brass, Copper etc.
- 8. It is more efficient and convenient that the gap between the upper and lower rolls is adjusted by three groups of worm gear.
- 9. Equipped with inverter, HWGJ models are easy to adjust the feeding speed.
