• Introduction
• 1. Suit for most of coiled materials, including HR, CR, aluminium, stainless steel, plastic, etc.
• 2. It is space-saving that decoiler and straightener are ingerated into a single machine.
• 3. ULB models can feed the metal strip smoothly by combining non-motorized decoiler and powered straightener.
• 4. Manual or hydraulic expansion of the decoiler mandrel is available.
• 5. Equipped with 11 rolls including 7 straightening rolls and 4 pinch rolls, ULB models are designed for materials thickness from 0.4 to 3.5mm.
• 6. High-hardness and anti-friction rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground.
• 7. The micro adjustment device individually adjust the gap between the upper and lower rolls by worm gear. 
• 8. Equipped with Japanese electromagnetic contactor and electronic components, ULB models have fewer breakdowns and longer lifetime.
• 9. Press arm prevents coil from loosening. (option)
• 10. Equipped with inverter, ULB models make it easier for operator to adjust the payoff speed. (option)
