Characteristic:
- 1. The main rod only responsible for lifting, the arm and frame of main rod are used for shifting, light structure and small running resistance, suitable for large travel connection.
- 2. We adopts AC servo motor drive to proceed with shifting motion and lifting motion.
- 3. Feeding method: coil material can match air feeder, NC servo roll feeder, and 3 in 1 feeder machine, sheet material can match double heap-plot, NC servo uncoiler.
- 4. We adopts vacuum sucker or electromagnet iron absorption as sucking method, the fixtures can be used for different work piece
- 5. We adopt PLC and touch-type human-computer interface control system, you can check the running status directly and monitor the abnormal phenomenon, each item of stamping parameters can be input and modified through human-computer interface, easy to adjust the setting and maintenance.
