Brief Introduction:
3D transfer system were used to produce hardware in large quantity, products need to be processed in several steps, usually need to be banking, deep drawing, bending, piercing, forming etc, especially used in vehicle metal parts producing. Please refer to the following images for reference:

3D transfer system: machine runs in three-dimensional space: X axis, Y axis and Z axis. It runs 6 action in a circulation: snatch product →upraise →horizontal movement →come down →release work piece →return.

Machine main configurations
1 For mechanical part: It was designed based on process of product and also need to consider no interference to the mould and press etc when at running. It was driven by several servo motor from YASKAWA/PHASE, lead screw and guide way come from HIWIN, TAIWAN, main rod exported from Germany etc.

2 For electrical and electronic parts: It equip with YASKAWA/phase servo motor driver, BECKHOFF motion control unit, SCHNEIDER low voltage components etc.

Brief Introduction:
This is an automatic metal circle/disc blanking line with auto. Stacker exported to India.

Comprising of the line:
1. MT-1300 model Heavy decoiler with coil car: 1set
2. Support bridge: 2 set
3. ZNCF-1300 model zigzag servo feeder: 1set
4. Conveyor belt: 2set
5. Scrap use mechanical shear: 1set
6. Metal disc auto. Stacker: 1set

Production line main feature:
1. It suitable to blank different size disc and several blanking ways for reference, don’t need to adjust mechanical part, just need to put in production data in the touch screen of the HMI.
2. The feeding line was controlled by PLC, running synchronously with power press with high production efficiency.
3. Full automatically. It was automatic from coil paying off, strips fed to power press, metal discs were collected by the stacker, scraps were cut to pieces etc.

Brief Introduction:
It was a high speed coil feed line for metal sheet perforating line, the NCF-1000 model high speed double servo press feeder won China government rewards in 2013, Max. Feeding speed comes 400times/min, especially suitable for metal sheet perforating area.

Comprising of the perforating line:
1. Double servo press feeder: 1set
2. Precious metal sheet straightener: 1set
3. Heavy decoiler: 1set
4. Perforated use stamping dies with shear: 1set
5.  High speed power press: 1set

Machine main configuration:
1. For the high speed double servo press feeder. It equip with 2 set of servo driving device, one set is used to release upper feeding roller, the other is used to feed strips forwards. So the feeding and releasing speed is mush faster than ordinary servo feeder.
2. Perforated use stamping dies with shear
We have very good cooperator who are specialized on metal sheet perforated use stamping dies, the mould is precious and reliable with long life time, perforated metal strips can be cut by the shear installed at the end of the stamping dies or rolled up by a recoiler machine in coils.

Brief Introduction:
It was automatic blanking line exported to Russia which mainly used to product bowls. The manipulator pick up work piece from destacker then put on conveyor belt then go through the double side oiling device to roll oil on surface and then put to mould, finished processed product was pushed out of the bolster.
