Brief Introduction:
The automatic Aluminum coil feeding line consists of 3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder NCHW1-600B and Aida press machine to make aluminum products in India. 

Main features of the aluminium coil feed line are as follows
1. The coil Straightener is equipped with 9pcs straightening rolls(upper 5/lower 4).

2. Flip Top Straightener Head. The top of straightener can be opened, which makes it easier to clean straightening rolls from stick scraps, impurity etc. This structure is especially suitable for soft material such as Aluminum, Brass etc(Soft material’s scrap is easy to stick on straightening rolls and cause product dents when stamping in dies).
