Features

Introduction
1. Suit for most of coiled materials, including HR, CR, aluminium, stainless steel, copper etc.
2. High-hardness and anti-friction rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground. The material can be smoothly straightened without scratchs and damages.
3. The machine can work on its own, and also can be used with MT models and MTD models decoiler.
4. With powerful motor, CLH models can achieve high-speed feed to save times and improve productivity.
5. The machine adopts big air cylinder pressing material, straightening adjustment adopts synchronous worm gear with reference indicator on the side of the frame. Turn the handle per cycle can adjust the rolls height 1mm, so as to get high-precision adjustment.
6. User-friendly control panel and simple structure reduce set-up time and enhance efficiency.
7. Equipped with inverter, CLH models use a manually adjustable speed control knob to let the operator set the payoff speed. (Option)
8. All electronic components are from famous brands in the world, such as Simens, Schneider, Mitsubishi. CLH models have longer lifetime and less maintanence.
