• Introduction
• Haiwei Decoiler can be matched with straighteners and feeders to become a complete coil feeding system with a wide range of material width and coil weight capabilities. Small or Large, Manual or Hydraulic, Powered or Unpowered types are available.
• Features
• 1. Suit for most of coiled materials, including HR, CR, aluminium, stainless steel, galvanized steel, plastic, etc.
• 2. Apply to progressive press of various hardware, electronics, and auto parts.

  3. Simple but rugged construction allows a longer lifetime without maintenance.

  4. A stable base on the bottom allows moving the decoiler around with the fork lift.

  5. Coils are centered by manual or hydraulic expansion of the jaws.

  6. Coils are automatically centered by hydraulic expansion of mandrel, which makes coil loading quick and safe. (Option)

  7. The spindle is reinforced to improve load capacity up to 3000kg.
  8. Unpowered decoilers are provided with brake to prevent coils overrun.
  9. Powered versions use loop control to start and stop the drive motor and smoothly deliver material to automatic feeding equipment.
• 10. Powered decoiler is equipped with inverter, the decoiling speed is variable. (Option)
• 11. Decoiler press arm prevents coil from loosening. (Option)
